20% of cost should be made in advance for land tour either by telex (SWIFT) transfer to our bank account or by credit card.

Option 02: If by credit card: (please Contact Us) – Please note if you are using a credit card then there will be 4% extra in total bill for bank service charge. We have online payment form here, you must use 3DS (3D secured) card which generate OTP (One Time Password) for card holder authentication.
*3D Secure is an additional layer of card holder authentication on online card transactions. If a card holder is making a payment online and the bank detects that the transaction might be suspicious, the bank card issuer redirects them to a 3DS page for extra verification
CANCELLATION
Please provide a Notice of Cancellation 45 days before the date of arrival. Failure to do so is subject to a cancellation charge.
- Cancellations notified within 45 days of the arrival date will incur a charge of 25% of the total land tour cost.
- Cancellations notified within 30 days of the arrival date will incur a 50% charge of the total land tour cost.
- Cancellations notified within 15 days of the arrival date will incur a 100% charge of the total land tour cost.
- Cancellation fees for domestic and international flights can differ based on the timing and airline policies in place.
- Cancellation policies for luxury or high-end hotels adhere to their specific guidelines.
REFUNDS
We will arrange an alternative tour; in case the trip is canceled due to some reasons. However, if you prefer, our cancellation policy ensures a guaranteed refund of the amount. For any damages or claims arising from the cancellation, we cannot be liable.
LIABILITY
We act as agents for transportation, hotel stays, and other services throughout the tour and are not responsible or liable for any accident, damages, loss, delay, international flight cancellation/delays, or inconvenience related to these services. While we make bookings with care, we are not liable for changes or deviations due to uncontrollable factors. Asia Experiences (Everest Vacation Pvt. Ltd) reserves the right to modify arrangements as needed without prior notice.
INSURANCE
Personal Travel insurance is not included in the tour price. Every effort is made to ensure the safety of all. However, as a condition of accepting you on the trip, we insist on your having a personal comprehensive travel insurance policy
RE-ROUTING / ALTERNATION OF PROGRAM
Alternation of tour could be necessary, at any time, due to the weather, political restrictions or any other cause which are beyond our control. Such changes will always be at the discretion of Asia Experiences (Everest Vacation Pvt. Ltd) / its employee and agent. No refund or compensation will be available for any changes to service.
