Flexible Bookings
There is a flexible booking option with trip customization that best fits you. You can choose based on your preferences, budget, and schedule. For flexible bookings, consider the following things:
Advance Notice: For any changes, communicate at least 15 days before the trip start date.
Destination Change Limitation: After all the complete arrangements of logistics, destination changes are not allowed.
Modification Options: You can’t change the destination but you can adjust the trip by changing the number of days, adding side trips, and more.
Payment Flexibility: Confirm your trip with just 20% of the total payment and required to pay the balance amount before 60 days of arrival date.
No charges for Trips Rescheduling
We take no charges for trip rescheduling 30 days before the arrival date. Charges may apply within 30 days for the necessary arrangements made.
Lifetime Deposits
Once you make a booking with us, your money will be safe with us at Lifetime Deposits. In case of tour cancellations or rescheduling for any reason, that money can be further used for future trip(s).
Guaranteed Refund
We will arrange an alternative tour, in case the trip is canceled due to some reasons. However, if you prefer, our cancellation policy ensures a guaranteed refund of the amount.
Guaranteed Departures
We assure guaranteed departures on every trip booked with us. In the event of trip cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances, you have the flexibility to choose a new destination within the same country as an alternative option.
Guaranteed best price
We are the local travel operator registered in our country. We guarantee the best and most reasonable prices for a smooth and memorable trip as we are not required to pay commission fees to mediators.
