Kathmandu Chitwan Pokhara Lumbini Muktinath Tour

One of the most captivating sights is the reflection of the snow white Mt. Machapuchare on the Fewa Lake.

Pokhara is best known as a city of lakes, simultaneously famous for more than 5000 years old cave. Next a visit to David Fall, a natural wonder where the water goes into the earth. Sarankot, an ideal hillock for paragliding and the stunning scene of sunrise above the Himalayas. Boating in the famous Fewa Lake is one of the attractive activity for tourist.

Pokhara to Jomsom flight is operated in the morning only from 6:30 till 9:00 am depending upon the weather. As per the flight status, fly to Jomsom - 15 mins, arrive then walk for 20 mins to catch jeep. Then, drive to Ranipauwa (Muktinath - Jeep Station) - 1:30 hrs by local sharing jeep.

Upon arrival, hike for 30 mins to reach at temple. Who can't walk can ride on horse by paying extra to horse driver. Have Darshan/Pooja at temple and follow the same route back to Jomsom. Overnight at hotel.

After an interesting and exciting safari, another tour leads with an enjoyable drive to Lumbini the birthplace of Lord Buddha. The drive leads to far South West into more flatland of Terai after an interesting drive of near 6 hours reaching at Rupendehi area of the Lumbini zone, here transfer to nice hotels for the overnight halt.

Morning our guide will receive an interesting historical tour of Lumbini, the main attraction at Lumbini, a sacred garden spread over 8 sq. km with ancient valuable artifacts and treasures of this historic area.

Mayadevi temple is the main attraction for pilgrims and archeologists alike, to the south of the temple a sacred pond – Puskarni – where Queen Mayadevi took a bath just before giving birth to Siddhartha Gautama Buddha. There are more than fifty monasteries around the area, visits to different monasteries from different Buddhist schools, Chinese monasteries, Japanese monasteries, Korean monasteries, Tibetan monasteries, Thai monasteries, and Sri Lanka after a grand tour retires back to the hotel.

Drive to Bhairahwa and take 45 min flight from Bhairahwa to Kathmandu. Today you have a free afternoon for additional exploration or you can relax and prepare for your next day final departure.
