“Bangladesh” is a combination of the Bengali words, Bangla and Desh, meaning the country or land where the Bangla language is spoken. Bangladesh is located in the eastern part of Southern Asia. Dhaka is its capital and largest city. It is a beautiful country with lush greenery and lots of watercourses.
Bangladesh has the longest natural beach in the world. You will never have enough of this country and you can visit hundreds of old historical mosques and Moghul heritage sites. This is also very rich in natural and biodiversity. It has a colorful tribal live with distinct culture and tradition. The majority of Bangladeshis are Muslim. However, most still very much mix this with pre-Islam folk traditions.
